RTMKVIS is a non-government, non-political and non-profit making voluntary organization which has been working since the year 1996-97 being registered under societies Registration Act xxi of 1860. Registered under FCRA 1976, U/S 12a, and 8OG, PAN & TAN as its legal coverage. The main aim of the organization is to bring about sustainable improvements of rural poor, marginalized people across the district of Kalahandi. Especially in Dharmagarh sub-Division since inception, the organization has been working with the active participation of rural poor and down troddens for their self liberation from oppressive condition of ignorance, poverty, fear and explitation and towards maintainancy a respectfully healthy and hassels free life in the society.
